It has great influence on steel, petrochemical, rubber, electromechanical equipment, high-end numerical control machine tools, robots, logistics, sales and other upstream and downstream industries have a huge pulling effect, which is an important pillar industry for our country to maintain steady economic growth, promote urbanization and achieve a comprehensive well-off society.

China's automobile manufacturing industry has experienced since the last century 80 it has developed rapidly since the reform and opening-up in the S. From introduction and absorption to independent innovation, it has already possessed a complete manufacturing technology system and a strong industrial production capacity, and a number of well-known automobile brands have emerged, some of them have already entered overseas markets. However, there is still an obvious gap between the overall level of China's automobile manufacturing industry and developed countries in Europe and the United States, which is highlighted in: 1) the manufacturing quality of products needs to be further improved, and it is urgent to establish the quality brand image of domestic automobiles; 2) the core manufacturing process and equipment still rely heavily on imports, and the high investment and operation costs severely restrict the market competitiveness; 3) the ability of mass customization to realize different consumption demands in domestic and foreign markets and the level of flexibility and intelligentization of manufacturing systems still need to be improved; 4) in the fields of green manufacturing, energy conservation and emission reduction, resource conservation, etc., we still need to increase technology research and development and application. 2015 in, the production and sales volume of our own brand cars exceeded 40%, but most products focus on 10 in the middle and low-end markets below ten thousand yuan, the export industry is mostly in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Middle East and other regions, and China's automobile manufacturing power is still facing great challenges.

"Quality First" is one of the core ideas in China's manufacturing power strategy. Facing the development demand of energy saving and new energy vehicles and the fierce competition of automobile market at home and abroad, it is necessary to integrate the superior resources of politics, production, learning, research and utilization, and strive to improve the overall level of manufacturing technology in China's automobile industry, realize the ability of mass customization with high quality and high efficiency, and build a batch of Chinese-made automobile brands with international competitiveness. The research and formulation of this "Automobile Manufacturing Technology Roadmap" will contribute to the unified understanding of our government and automobile industry, focusing on key technologies and implementation paths, open up the whole chain of innovation from basic original research to large-scale industrial application, and lay an important foundation for realizing the grand goal of China's automobile from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.

(1) expected target

1)2020 year, forming typical lightweight aluminum/ the ability to design magnesium alloy squeeze casting parts, complete large (such3500 ton) research and development of high-performance extrusion casting machine, and realize the breakthrough of key common technologies of large extrusion casting equipment; develop materials suitable for high-load aluminum alloy structural parts, semi-solid die casting technology forms the structure and process design capability of high-load aluminum alloy small parts, and semi-solid die casting technology achieves the qualified rate of small parts90%; Form aluminum alloy forging process and automation main equipment with independent intellectual property rights;

2)2025 year, forming typical car stress parts, airtight parts or wear-resistant parts aluminum/ the ability to design magnesium alloy squeeze casting parts, complete large (4000 ton) research and development and demonstration application of key technologies of intelligent squeeze casting production line; semi-solid die casting technology forms the structure and process design ability of high-load aluminum alloy medium-sized parts, and semi-solid die casting technology achieves the qualified rate of small parts95%; Build aluminum alloy forging demonstration line with international advanced level;

3)2030 in, an intelligent squeeze casting demonstration workshop with international advanced level was built to realize the comprehensive digitization and intelligentization of squeeze casting workshops and factories.; semi-solid die casting technology forms the structure and process design ability of large aluminum alloy parts with high load capacity, and semi-solid die casting technology achieves the qualified rate of small parts98%.

at present, there is a certain gap between the material performance of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy compared with that of foreign countries; The domestic manufacturing process research is lacking, and the process is unstable, which makes it difficult to meet the product demand; The domestic production efficiency is relatively low, and large equipment depends on. Aluminum for chassis structural parts /the molding and application of magnesium alloy parts need breakthroughs in key technologies such as squeeze casting technology, semi-solid die casting technology and forging technology.

1) aluminum and magnesium alloy squeeze casting technology

squeeze casting: Our country adopts squeeze casting technology on automobile parts in the initial stage: there is no technical standard for automobile squeeze casting casting; Molding technology and equipment are far behind Europe, America and Japan, large equipment depends on imports and is restricted. European and American countries are widely used in squeeze casting automobile parts, and Japan produces millions of squeeze casting car steering knuckles every year.

2) semi-solid die casting technology of aluminum and magnesium alloy

semi-solid die casting: semi-solid molding technology has been widely applied in North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea, which is used in the production of high-end auto parts; China carried out semi-solid molding technology research during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, at present, it has entered the stage of industrialization promotion, and its application in domestic automobile market is still in the initial stage; Domestic semi-solid slurry preparation equipment, mold design and other aspects have just started, and there is a big gap.

3) die forging technology of aluminum and magnesium alloy

forging: foreign passenger car steering knuckle, control arm, connecting rod and other functional parts have adopted aluminum forging instead of steel forging, and its technology is mature to realize weight reduction.50% above; There are few kinds of domestic materials, and the mechanical properties of materials can not fully meet the requirements, so it is urgent to develop high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy materials suitable for forging; Domestic forging process is unstable, process technology level, the design level of mould is relatively backward, and only some parts with relatively simple shapes can be produced; Domestic forging production equipment has low automation and specialization, which mainly focuses on manual operation and is difficult to accurately control process parameters, and the production efficiency is low.
